Self Defence

Why not give self defence lessons a go. They’re a great way to keep fit as well as learning how to protect yourself if you are ever inĀ a badĀ situation. It’s a way to make yourself feel safer when you are out and about, and you can always take your friends along to the sessions as well or go home and teach everyone what you’ve learnt afterwards! There are self defence lessons going on in a lot of areas so don’t forget to find out if there are some near you!
