Try being a Vegeterian!

Why not in your lifetime try and be a vegetarian, give up the meat and maybe the fish. It’s a difficult challenge but you may find that it doesn’t make a huge difference to your diet when you can still eat much of what you used to. You may even find you feel healthier for it, eating more vegetables!

Once you’ve tried this you could try other diets to see what they are like as well, like being a vegan or a fruitarian. This could give you a greater idea of what people may go through in preparation for their meals everyday.

Pick your own Fruit and Veg

Pick Your OwnA great outing with friends, a partner or family. Look up online where your nearest pick your own is and give it a go. You could pick baskets of strawberries and raspberries, pick carrots, parsnips or even take home the biggest cabbage you could find! A great way to spend an afternoon.

Be in the Newspaper

Why not during your lifetime try to be in the newspaper whether local or national.  Why not try and be in the paper for something good. That’s the real challenge! There are always bad things in the papers but why not try and do something good and memorable that can be recorded. Then you could keep the clip to remember the event. I was in the paper for performing in the Millenium Dome in 2000, a positive event at the time. So why not have a think about how you good bring good news into the newspaper!
